Am I charged when I book?
No. Nothing is charged when you request a time. Our team sends payment instructions for the $39 self-pay visit, or verifies your BCBSTX PPO benefits first.
I have BCBSTX PPO. What do I do?
Book a time as usual. Don’t pay the $39 self-pay rate — our team will verify your eligibility and let you know any copay before your visit.
Which states do you serve?
Texas for all services. Medication refill reviews with Dr. Atudonyang are also available for patients located in Oklahoma or Florida at the time of the visit.
How do I see my visit notes and prescriptions?
Through your secure CharmHealth patient portal. Activate it from the invitation email, then log in any time. Notes and results appear once your clinician shares them.
Can I get a prescription?
Your clinician decides after evaluating you. Prescriptions and specific treatments are never guaranteed, and controlled medications are not prescribed through this service.
Do you offer interpreters?
